This is a little known (except local) bakery of the highest order. Everything they make it's exceptional. They have recently moved to a new location that allows a better retail sales area. They even have seating so you can enjoy your treat there. If you enjoy 7 layer cakes in many varieties, cheese cake in all flavors, or brownies of any sort you'll love this place! You can buy by the piece or a whole dessert and you can even arrange for custom creations. It's still as great as it ever was!

After one of the ladies in my parents church group brought desserts from here, we decided to check it out. We ended up bringing home a few different treats and I have to say, the carrot cake was literally the best I've ever eaten. While in the bakery we ordered coffees and shared a cinnamon roll fresh from the oven, which was also amazing. Lovin oven is going to be the new go-to dessert spot. Previously, the go-to spot was another Salem staple, but they have since been dethroned. Not only were the desserts some of the best I've had, it was extremely reasonably priced. The bakery itself is a cozy spot. There are only a few tables, but it was very quaint. 12 out of 10 would recommend
Hands down the best bakery in the Willamette Valley. Marionberry cake and cheesecake are my favorites but everything is delicious. I bring Lovin' Oven to every social gathering. They're also a treat for anyone visiting the area, or a random Saturday splurge. Im not big on sweets but I'm big on Lovin' Ovens delicious treats and I don't feel a sugar crash after Ive enjoyed a sweet delight. Sometimes baked goods are sickeningly sweet, and that is never the case with Lovin' Oven.
I chose Lovin' Oven for our wedding day desserts, and they did not disappoint! Our guests could not stop devouring all the treats we chose-- PB bars, GC Bars, Lemon Bars, and Sugar Cookies. They were beautifully made & packaged which made the desserts stress-free for us! It's hard to pick a favorite, as they are all different-- & DELICIOUS. Thank you so much for a great addition to our wedding day!
